Define the problem using the correct terms and do a Google search to see if there is a solution e.g. ‘outlook 365 message shows text as tiny’. Solution change the Zoom from 10% to 100%. If the Zoom option in the Format Text ribbon is set to 10% it is almost impossible to read text
