Set up OneDrive in Microsoft user account

Link the PC to OneDrive by signing in to OneDrive with the Microsoft account – this may happen during operating system installation. (Where files and folders were backed up to OneDrive’s remote server storage on the previous PC it is important to sync those files to the replacement PC)

Click on the OneDrive cloud icon in Notification area bottom right, and work through the options and Settings

Turn Files on Demand to OFF to store files on local hard disk
