Open Windows Printer app and Open print queue to fix a problem: Settings ❯ Printers & Scanners ❯ select printer ❯ Manage ❯ Open print queue. To fix problems go to Printer ❯ ‘Cancel All Documents’

Open scanner app: Windows Start menu Search ‘Scan’ ❯ select a scan app e.g. Windows Fax and Scan or Epson Scan

Get the manufacturer scan app: Windows has the ‘Windows Fax and scan’ app but the printer may have a better one. Install via Microsoft Store or Google Search the manufacturer website e.g. Epson scan app
