Organise desktop in Windows 10: Right click on the desktop and go to View ❯ Large icons (and see other options). Then decide which are unwanted. Open File Explorer and select Desktop in left hand navigation pane. File the useful photos, documents and pdf’s by dragging and dropping them to clearly labelled folders then delete the unwanted files and app shortcuts (why not pin them to the taskbar instead – right click to see the option?). Change View back to Medium icons then either check ‘Auto arrange icons’ or ‘align icons to grid’ which allows you to move them where you want and they look tidy
