Open Settings ❯ Accounts ❯ ‘Windows backup’ ❯ ‘Remember my apps’ then check these options: ‘OneDrive folder syncing’, ‘Remember my apps’ and ‘Remember my preferences’ where you need to check the Accessibility, Passwords, Language preferences and Other Windows settings boxes. When you sign-in to a new PC with the Microsoft account and sign into OneDrive, all your preferences and OneDrive files will download to it
