Screen timeout (Auto-Lock) – time before Screen goes dark: Settings ❯ Display and Brightness ❯ Auto-Lock – select either ‘Never’ or from 30 seconds to 5 minutes on an iPhone and 2 minute to 15 minutes on an iPad (longer is better)

Do not disturb – Focus: Settings ❯ Focus ❯ Do Not Disturb ❯ ‘ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS’ tap ‘+’ and add people from Contacts. Turn Allow Repeated Calls ON (a second call within three minutes will not be silenced)
