Sign in to Accounts and apps

Sign into Accounts: Settings ❯ Mail/Contacts/Calendar/Notes/Reminders ❯ Accounts ❯ Add Account and tap on the relevant option (Microsoft Exchange, Google, yahoo, aol, outlook.com or Other) then enter sign in information. The first app that you add an account to will give you the option to add it to the others – e.g. Mail will show Mail ON, then Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and Notes ON – select as you wish

Sign into app account: Open the app and go to ‘Log in’ or ‘Sign in’ page (try Settings), and enter email address and password (if prompted to use your saved password in iCloud Passwords & Keychain and Touch ID is set, that is easier)
